Audit rule: a day counts as a missed lunch when the gap between the first and last punch is over 4 hours
and there are fewer than 4 punches that day (a full day should read clock-in → lunch-out → lunch-back → clock-out).
Accidental double-taps within 90 seconds are merged. Days of 4+ punches are compliant; shifts of 4 hours or less need no lunch punch.
